Dietary meat bread: a low-calorie snack

This dish is cooked in the oven, which is more useful and saves time.


• Stuffed beef — 900g.,
• Onion — 1 pc.,
• Garlic — 2 cloves,
• Celery — 4 stems,
• Egg of chicken — 1 pc.,
• Tomato paste — 4 tbsp.,
• Basil fresh — a few twigs,
• Salt — 1g.,
• Ground pepper — to taste.


Peel the garlic and chop the onions.
Wash celery and chop.
In saucepan pour half a glass of water, lower vegetables and stew gently for about 7 minutes.
In the meat add eggs, tomato paste, vegetables from the saucepan, salt, pepper, put the crushed basil about 2 tablespoons. Stir the mince thoroughly
Make minced meat a rectangular bread.
Place in a sleeve for baking and cook for 1.5 hours in the oven at medium temperature. If desired, you can rip the sleeve and bake meat loaf stronger.
Finished ground beef to cool and transfer to a dish decorated with greenery.

Delicious dietary meat is very well combined with vegetables or any dietary sauce.
