Dietary cocktail

Dietary cocktails — an excellent tool for fighting obesity. They accelerate metabolism, dull the feeling of hunger and supply our body with vitamins and minerals.


● 180g of gooseberry,
● 180g fresh pineapple,
● 200 ml of natural yoghurt,
● A teaspoon of honey.


1. Pineapple cut into small cubes and add to the blender bowl.
2. Berries sort out, wash, remove the stems and send after the pineapple.
3. Add the sweetener and milk, whisk.
