Diet oatmeal cookies.



For 10 cookies, we need:

● Vegetable oil — 50 ml.,
● Liquid honey — 80 ml. (it can be diluted with sorghum syrup),
● Ground cinnamon — 1/3 tsp.,
● Lemon — 1 piece,
● Ginger root — 1 cm.,
● Oat flakes — 200g.,
● Flour — 1 tbsp.,
● Sesame seeds — 30g.,
● Walnuts — 50g.,
● Raisins — 40g.


1. Preheat the oven to 180 °.

2. Raisins and walnuts cut into small pieces.

3. Ginger clean and grate on a fine grater.

4. In a small saucepan / dipper Preheat juice of one lemon, zest of half a lemon, honey (I dilute with sorghum syrup), cinnamon, grated ginger.

5. In a bowl pour the oatmeal, nuts, raisins, sesame seeds, add the vegetable oil, and heated syrup. Knead the dough.

6. Form a tablespoon cookie, laid on a baking sheet with paper baking.

7. Bake for about 15 minutes (watch out for the edges to not burnt).

After that cookies should be allowed to cool and dry.
