Detox Smoothies from Berries with Chia Seeds

Fruits and berries, which are part of smoothies, will help to fill the balance of vitamins, and chia seeds will purify the body and keep the heart healthy.


● 1/4 cup chia seeds,
● 2 cups of water,
● 2 cups of fresh or frozen strawberries,
● 2 cups of fresh or frozen blueberries,
● 1 1/3 cup fresh or frozen raspberries,
● 2 large bananas, peeled and chopped,
● 4 tablespoons Agave syrup.


Add chia seeds and water to a bowl; mix so that all the seeds are soaked. Put the bowl in the refrigerator.

Add strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, bananas and agave syrup to a food processor or blender. Beat until smooth.

Remove the bowl from the refrigerator. Chia seeds must absorb most of the water. Add the chia mixture to the food processor and whip. Serve immediately, if desired, decorating with berries, mint and pieces of fruit.
