Delicious, Homemade Goulash.

● Meat (beef or pork) — 500g. or 1.10231 Pounds (lb) or 17,63698 Ounces (oz),
● Onion — 2 pcs.,
● Flour — 1 tbsp.,
● Tomato paste — 3 tbsp.,
● Salt, pepper, bay leaf, greens.


Wash meat, dry and cut into cubes. Finely chop onion. In a deep frying pan heat the oil and fry the meat on high heat ~ 5 minutes.

Add the onions to the meat and fry, stirring occasionally, ~ 5-7 minutes over medium heat.

Meat salt, pepper, sprinkle with flour, stir well and fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomato paste, mix well.

Pour 2-3 cups of water or broth into the goulash, stir, add the bay leaf, cover and simmer on a small fire, with a weak boil for an hour or an hour and a half.

When serving, sprinkle goulash with chopped greens.
