Delicious Homemade Fish

Many people love fish and my family is no exception. I propose to try one of the most favorite fish recipes in our family.


• Fish fillet — 700 grams or 1,54 pounds,
• Ketchup — 5 tbsp.,
• Soy sauce — 5 tbsp.,
• Garlic — 2-3 cloves (or garlic powder),
• Flour for breading,
• Oil for Frying,
• A little salt.


1. Mix ketchup and soy sauce. Cut fish fillets into portions. Dip each piece of fish in soy-tomato sauce and put in a separate bowl.
2. Sprinkle with garlic or garlic powder. And remove in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to marinate.
3. After marinating, roll the fish in flour, mixed with a small amount of salt, and fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
4. From the sauce, when frying, the smell is awesome! Serving fragrant fish … for example, with mashed potatoes.
