Delicious brushwood, melting in the mouth. For a festive table or just for a snack, this simple oriental dessert fits perfectly! See how to cook.


● Eggs — 2 pieces,
● Sugar — 4 tbsp.,
● Milk — 100g.,
● Butter — 2 tbsp.,
● Flour — 400g.,
● Vegetable oil — 1 glass,
● Vodka — 1 tbsp.


Mix the flour and eggs.

Melt the butter and dissolve the sugar in it.

Add the resulting mixture to the flour, then pour the milk and 1 tbsp. Of vodka.

Knead the dough.

Remove the ball of dough into the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Then roll very thinly, 2 mm.

Cut the dough knife into rectangles, cut in the center and cut one end through the hole.

In a deep frying pan or a pan, heat the vegetable oil.

Fry the brushwood for 10-15 seconds on each side until ruddy.

Important: do not overheat the oil, or burnt wood will burn.

Ready tasty brushwood, melting in your mouth, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
