Daisy Cake Recipe

A wonderful and delicious holiday Daisy Cake is quickly and not troublesome. It’s easy and insanely delicious!


For the dough:

● 50 grams or 0,11(lb) of wheat flour,
● 50 grams or 0,11(lb) of sugar,
● 2 eggs.

For filling:

● 400 grams or 0,88(lb) cottage cheese,
● 250 grams or 0,55(lb) of sour cream,
● 100 grams or 0,22(lb) of cream,
● 80 grams or 0,17(lb) of granulated sugar,
● 15 grams or 0,03(lb) of gelatin,
● Confectionery flowers,
● Coconut chips.

For cream:

● 100 grams or 0,22(lb) of cream,
● 50 grams or 0,11(lb) of granulated sugar,
● 10 grams or 0,02(lb) of gelatin.


1. Make the basic biscuit dough. Bake the cake layer for 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 200°C or 392°F degrees.
2. Whisk the cream, sugar, cottage cheese and sour cream. Add the diluted gelatin and mix.
3. Place the cake layer in a pan with a collapsible bottom. Fill the previously prepared mixture and put in the refrigerator to freeze.
4. Let’s make a cream, whipping cream, sugar and gelatin. With this cream, smear the frozen cake, and then make ornaments.
5. Sprinkle the cake with coconut shavings and decorate the flowers. The daisy cake is ready.
