Dairy-free chocolate and apple cake

This sweet cake is prepared without adding dairy products and eggs, so it is suitable for lean food.


● Apple sauce — 425 ml.,
● Water — 60 ml.,
● Soda — 1 tsp.,
● Dairy-free spread or margarine — 125g.,
● Sugar — 220g.,
● Vanilla sugar or extract — 1 tsp.,
● Self-rising flour — 300g.,
● Dark cocoa powder without sugar — 2 tbsp.


1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Lubricate with oil and cover with a parchment paper a pie shape with a diameter of 20 cm.

2. Mix the apple sauce, water and baking soda in a small saucepan. Heat on low heat until soda begins to bubble; Remove from the plate.

3. Beat the softened margarine, sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl with an electric mixer in a luxurious cream. Pour the sifted flour and cocoa, then add the apple mixture.
