Dairy Biscuits

Delicious, favorite since childhood dairy biscuits — this is a dish that will never lose its relevance.


● 400 grams of flour,
● 200 grams of sugar,
● 100 grams butter or margarine,
● 1 egg,
● 80 milligram of milk,
● 10 grams of baking powder,
● Vanillin to taste.


Beat softened butter with sugar, add egg, milk and baking powder. (You can add vanilla sugar to taste)

Add the flour and quickly knead the soft dough. Roll out the layer thickness of 6-7 mm. With a mold for the cookies to squeeze out the biscuits.

Transfer the biscuits to a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 180 to 200 degrees 15 minutes until golden brown.

The main thing is not to overdo it otherwise will be tough.
