Czech garlic soup — the best cure for a hangover.

Ingredients:

● 1 liter of broth (meat or vegetable to taste),
● 1 medium head of garlic,
● 1 large potato,
● 4 small eggs (better quail),
● Small crackers from black bread,
● Ground black pepper, salt,
● Cumin, oregano, bunch of parsley.

Directions:

Peel potatoes, cut into small cubes, pour the hot broth and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Then report back to the salt, pepper, caraway, marjoram and crushed garlic. After 1-2 minutes, sprinkle with chopped parsley, to move from fire and insist another 2 minutes.
In each plate beat one egg, pour hot soup and stir. Sprinkle with croutons.
