Cutlets "Turtles"

We advise you to prepare, for example, cutlets «Turtles».
They include the kids’ favorite sausages, so this dish certainly will have children to taste.


● 300-400 g of meat minced meat,
● 5 children’s sausages,
● Cheese sandwich in plates,
● Salt pepper,
● Several pieces of cloves or black pepper for decoration,
● Lettuce leaves for filing.


Cut the sausage along into two halves, then across.
On the one hand, we make two incisions with a knife. Four «paws» are obtained.
The same is done with two sausages. The remaining sausages are cut into three parts: the ends of sausages are the «heads» of two turtles, and the middle is «tails». On each «head» we make a horizontal incision — this is the future «mouth».

Minced salt and pepper, we form cutlets.
We stick in them «paws», «tail», «head», from a carnation or black pepper we make eyes.
We pass to the shell.
We cut the plates of cheese into strips and put them on the cutlet as a mesh — the «back» of the turtles.
We put our cutlets in the oven 180 ° C for 30-35 minutes.
As soon as the cheese starts to bake, cover the cutlets with foil. Minutes for 5 before the end of baking, remove the foil to give the cheese brown.
Hot cutlets are laid out on the greens and immediately fed to the table.
