Curd Patty with Raisins

Baked buns from yeast dough with open stuffing, curd or fruit and berry. It turns out very tasty and nutritious.

For the dough:

• Dry yeast 4-5g
• Egg 1 pc.
• Milk 270 ml
• Sugar 2 tbsp.
• Wheat flour (approximately, according to the situation, you can add to the consistency of the dough) 500g
• Butter 50g
• Salt 0.5 tsp.

For the filling:

• Curd 500g
• Egg 1 pc.
• Sugar 4 tbsp.
• Raisins

Milk is heated to about 40-45 degrees, we dissolve sugar and yeast in it. Leave for 10 minutes, until the milk appears «cap». In the yeast mixture add melted butter, egg, salt and sift the flour. Mix the smooth flexible dough.

We put it in a warm place, the dough should be doubled. When it increases, we knead it and leave it again. Again, we knead, divide into balls, put a baking sheet covered with parchment and leave again.

While the balls swell, prepare the filling. To do this, cottage cheese, mix with sugar, egg, and add raisins. In the end, you should get a dense mass.

In the center of each ball, the bottom of the cup is pressed into the recess so that a basket with a bottom and edges turns out.

Lubricate the edges mixed with milk yolk, fill the center with filling.

Cooking time: 20-30 minutes (depending on the oven).
The program of preparation: We bake Curd Patty at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Bon Appetit!!!
