Cupcakes for St. Patrick’s Day


March 17 in Ireland celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. In this festival will delight children fun green cupcakes for our recipe.


For the dough:

● Butter 225g
● Sugar 225 g
● 200 g flour
● 5 g baking powder
● Eggs 3 pcs.
● 1 tsp vanilla extract
● Cocoa powder 30g without sugar
● Green food coloring

For the glaze and decoration:

● 100 g of cream cheese
● Butter 100g
● Caster sugar 400g
● 1 tablespoon lemon juice
● Green pastry powdering


1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Cover the paper liners molds for cupcakes.

2. Beat the softened butter and sugar in a lush light cream. Add food coloring and mix.

3. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.

4. Add the sifted with baking powder cocoa and flour, mix well. Add a little of the dye, if necessary.

5. Fill the molds test by two-thirds. Bake for 20-25 minutes, remove from oven and cool.

6. Prepare the glaze. Beat at low speed cream cheese and butter. Add the powdered sugar and lemon juice, whisk to obtain a smooth cream.

7. Cover the icing cupcakes and decorate them with green candy sprinkles.
