Cupcake with yoghurt and cocoa


● Flour — 170g.,
● Soda — 0.5 teaspoons,
● Salt — 0.5 teaspoons,
● Butter — 125g.,
● Sugar — 200g.,
● Eggs — 3 pc.,
● Yogurt — 150g.,
● Cocoa Powder — 40g.,
● Water — 60 ml.


1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. The shape should be deep enough and big.
3. So, mix the salt, soda and flour.
4. In a separate bowl, mix sugar and oil, gradually add eggs and again mix everything with a mixer. Now add half a portion of flour, mix, then half the portion of yogurt, mix, then the remaining flour and stir and again yogurt. We get a very gentle mixture.
5. 1/3 of the part of this test is transferred to another container. Mix cocoa with water and then mix with this part of the dough.
6. Now start filling out the form: pour a little white dough, then pour chocolate, then white again.
7. Bake it for 45-55 minutes.
8. Top with white chocolate.
