Croutons with fried egg and sausages for breakfast.


Breakfast — one of the most important elements of the day, so it should be not only delicious and hearty, but also beautiful and appetizing. Even from the usual sausages can be cooked a little culinary masterpieces.

Cooking toast with bacon, sausages and fried egg.


● Toast bread — 2 slices,
● Small sausages — 8 pcs.,
● Eggs — 2 pcs.,
● Slices of bacon — 2 pcs.,
● Butter — 50g.,
● Salt and pepper — to taste,
● Greens — to taste.


1. Pieces of bread to dry in an oven or in a toaster.

2. Spread on bread, butter.

3. On a dry frying pan fry the sausages and bacon until golden brown, to shift them on the bread slices.

4. Put on toast every one toasted egg.

5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, chopped herbs and serve.
