Crispy Potatoes Baked with Mushrooms

To make this dish at home you will need: Potatoes, Onions, Champignons, Sour cream, Egg, Cheese, Mayonnaise.


• Potatoes 300 grams or 0,66(lb),
• Onion 2 pcs.,
• Fresh champignons 500 grams or 1,10(lb),
• Sour cream 1 tbsp.,
• Egg 1 pc.,
• Cheese 100 grams or 0,22(lb),
• Mayonnaise 2 tbsp.


1. Finely chop and fry onion until golden brown.
2. Add coarsely chopped mushrooms and fry over high heat until the liquid evaporates. Lightly salt and pepper. Mix with sour cream.
3. Peel the potatoes and cut into very thin circles.
4. Grease the mold. Line the bottom and sides of the potato slices so that there are no holes, sprinkle with seasoning for potatoes.
5. Spread mushrooms and onions on top.
6. Grate the cheese and spread over the mushrooms.
7. Beat the egg with mayonnaise and pour on the casserole.
8. Bake in a hot oven until golden brown.
