Crispy chicken Sticks

Crispy and fragrant chicken sticks are usually present in the children’s menu. And how long have you tried this simple, but such a delicious dish?


● 500 grams of chicken fillet,
● 1 tbsp. breadcrumbs (preferably large),
● 0.5 tbsp. buttermilk,
● 3 tablespoons sesame,
● 2 cloves of garlic,
● 2 tsp. ground sweet paprika,
● Salt, pepper — to taste.


1. Chicken fillet beat off and cut into long pieces 2-3 cm thick.
2. Mix the breadcrumbs, sesame, paprika salt and pepper.
3. Garlic crush and mix with yogurt.
4. Dip each piece of chicken fillet into buttermilk, then roll in a breading mixture.
5. Fry in a frying pan over hot vegetable oil until golden brown.
6. Serve hot with sauces and fresh vegetables.
