Crispy Cheese Waffles

Cheese waffles — this is a very delicate treat. Waffles are made crispy, fragrant and very tasty. Such wafers can be prepared for a picnic or a beer party.


● Egg — 3 pcs.,
● Hard Cheese — 100-150 grams or 0,22-0,33(lb), 3,52-5,29(oz),
● Salt to taste,
● Creamy margarine — 200 grams or 0,44(lb), 7,05(oz),
● Flour — 1-1.5 tbsp.,
● Water or milk — 0.5 tbsp.


1. Grate the cheese on a small grater, add the eggs.
2. Add the melted margarine. Stir.
3. Add the sifted flour. The dough turns out not very liquid.
4. You can add a little water or milk, then the waffles will be thinner.
5. In a heated waffle iron, bake waffles of any size.
