Creamy Homemade Cheese

● Sour Cream 500 ml.,
● Buttermilk 500 ml.,
● Dill 1 bunch,

● Paprika (optional).


1. Fold cheesecloth 6 times. Cover the colander with cheesecloth.
2. Mix kefir, sour cream, add salt and pour the mass into the prepared dishes.
3. Cover and put under oppression, send to the refrigerator for two days.
4. Finely chop the dill.
5. Make the cheese sausage and roll in finely chopped dill.
