Cream cheese homemade from sour cream. It is advisable to choose is not too acidic cream, homemade is best.


● Sour cream 20% — 500g.


1. Fold a clean cheesecloth into four layers.

2. Pour the sour cream, gauze tie the knot and hang to dripping whey.

3. Put in the fridge for a day. When the serum stops flowing, cream cheese ready.
