Cranberry mousse


Healthy, tasty and low-calorie dessert.


Cranberries — 300g.
Sugar — 250g.
Semolina — 100g.


Cranberry mash with under non-oxidizing bowl. Add mashed berries 100 ml of boiled water and squeeze the juice. Scrap obtained add water (300 mL), add sugar and boil.

In the broth add the semolina and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. It should look something like a thick porridge. When the porridge has cooled, add the juice and beat well.
The mass will be brighter and increase in volume.

Old Ready mousse in portions expanded in cups and put in the refrigerator. You can sprinkle it with grated chocolate and decorate with berries.
