● 100g of boiled crab meat,
● 1 avocado,
● 1 tomato,
● 1 cucumber,
● 1 red onion,
● 1 egg,
● Sheaf of cilantro and green onions,
● optional — chili pepper or chili sauce,
● 1 tbsp lime juice or lemon,
● 2 tbsp mayonnaise,
● Salt, black pepper.

Transfer the crab meat in a colander and let drain the juice, which in any case may not be allowed: in them the very essence of sweet and salty taste of crabs, they can be frozen and then used in the preparation of soup, sauce, pasta or risotto, and so on. Cut the avocado lengthwise into two halves, remove the bone, remove the pulp with a spoon and cut into large cubes. Sprinkle the avocado with lemon juice or lime juice and stir to this tropical fruit is not darkened, while you prepare the salad.
Cut into cubes seeded tomato, boiled boiled egg, cucumber (it is better to cut a little smaller than the rest) and add to akvokado.
