Cottage Cheese Rings

Delicious, soft, air cottage cheese rings perfect for breakfast with a cup of fragrant tea or coffee. You can serve with sugar powder, jam, condensed milk, honey, sour cream.

● Cottage cheese — 250 grams or 0,551156(lb) or 8,81849(oz),
● Flour — 1 cup,
● Egg — 1 piece,
● Sugar — 3-4 tbsp.,
● Vanilla sugar — 1 tsp.,
● Baking soda — 1 tsp.,
● Salt — 1 pinch,
● Powdered sugar,
● Vegetable oil.

1. Whisk the egg and sugar.
2. Add the grated or crumbled cottage cheese and mix.
3. Add the flour, baking soda, salt, vanilla sugar and quickly knead a magnificent elastic dough.
4. On the surface sprinkled with flour, roll out the dough (it is sufficiently sticky and dense). Cut out donuts with a water glass, cut the circles in the center using a water bottle cap.
5. In a deep frying pan pour oil, which would be about 3 cm in height and warm it up.
6. Put the rings in a frying pan and fry about 3 minutes on one side and 1 minute on the other.
7. Put the finished rings on a napkin, so that it absorbs excess oil and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Bon Appetit!!!
