Cottage Cheese Pudding

I love curd products and all the baking with their participation. Therefore, I cook constantly something curd in the microwave. The last of my culinary recipe was pudding from a tender dough and air cream. A wonderful dessert for any table.


● Eggs of chicken — 5 pieces,
● Cottage cheese — 500 grams or 1,10(lb),
● Sour cream — 100 grams or 0,22(lb),
● Sugar — 1 cup,
● Potato starch — 2 tablespoons,
● Vanilla Sugar — 1 package.


1. Separate the egg yolks from proteins.
2. Mix yolks together with cottage cheese, starch, sour cream and vanilla.
3. Transfer the curd mixture to the bowl of the blender and grind it to airy.
4. Whip the whites until white foam, then pour sugar and continue to beat until it is completely dissolved.
5. Pour the proteins carefully into the resulting air mass and stir very gently clockwise.
6. Take a tank of microwave and pour into it carefully the mass of cottage cheese and cook on the «Bake» mode for 65 minutes.
7. After baking, keep the cottage cheese pudding in the microwave for another 60 minutes. Do not forget to turn off the microwave.
8. Top with any cream.
