Cottage Cheese Pie

Cottage cheese pie is a tender dessert, which can be given different tastes. Try to cook!


● Cottage cheese — 500 grams or 1,10(lb),
● Egg — 4 pieces,
● Sugar — 7 tbsp.,
● Sour cream (20% fat) — 2 full tbsp.,
● Starch — 2 full tbsp.,
● Vanillin, Raisins (optional).


1. Whisk cottage cheese, egg yolks, sugar, sour cream, starch, vanillin.
2. Whip the egg whites.
3. Mix the curd mass with whipped egg whites.
4. If desired, add raisins or other dried fruits.
5. Put in a round baking pan, covered with parchment paper, greased with butter.
6. Bake at 180-200°C or 356-392°F degrees for 30-40 minutes.
