Cottage cheese cheesecake with cookies without baking



For the base:

● 140g chocolate Oreo cookie with chocolate filling,
● 30g of melted butter.

For the cheese filling:

● 400 grams of cottage cheese,
● 200g of melted white chocolate
● 150g of cream 33%
● 2 pieces of finely crumbled Oreo cookies,
● 1 tbsp instant gelatin.
● Whipped cream and strawberries for decoration.


1. Cookies with butter grind in a blender until the mixture is similar to wet sand. It rammed the bottom of the split ring shape or confectionery. Put in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

2. Soak gelatin in 4 tablespoons of cold boiled water for the time indicated on the package.

3. In the bowl of a blender put cottage cheese, cream and melted chocolate. In pulsed mass to bring uniformity and smoothness.

4. Gelatin warm up in the microwave until dissolved and add to the cottage cheese. Once again, beat well.

5. Pour the crumbs of biscuits, stir and put weight on top of the base.
