Cottage Cheese Casserole

It’s not just a cottage cheese casserole, it’s a full-fledged dessert. Juicy, soft deluxe casserole.


● 500g. or 1.10231 Pound (lb) —  of cottage cheese,
● 100g. or 0.22046 Pound (lb) — of sugar,
● 100g. or 0.22046 Pound (lb) — of semolina,
● 50g. or 0.11023 Pound (lb) — of milk,
● 50g. of butter,
● 2 eggs.


Mix all the ingredients. The butter must be soft.

Leave for 40 minutes to swell the semolina.

Bake in the oven 180-200 ºC until golden brown.
