Cottage Cheese Casserole with Apples

Cottage cheese casserole with apples in the oven is a delicious morning dish, airy, gentle and useful. When cooking it throughout the house spreads a stunning scent of fresh apple baking.


● 2 apples,
● 2 tbsp. butter,
● 1 tbsp. sugar (preferably brown).

For the dough:

● 250 grams of cottage cheese,
● 2 eggs,
● 3 tbsp. sugar,
● Pinch of salt,
● 0.5 cup sour cream,
● 3 tbsp. flour (sift).


1. Peel the apples and cut into slices.
2. Put the frying pan on the fire and add the butter.
3. Sprinkle slices of apples with sugar and fry them over low heat for 5 minutes on one side and 3 minutes on the other.
4. Prepare the dough and pour it into apples.
5. Keep on the fire for a few more minutes and put in the oven at 200 degrees until brown.
