A simple and delicious recipe cottage cheese biscuits. This biscuits turns out very tender, just melts in the mouth and is liked by both adults and children.


● 200 grams of margarine,
● 200 grams of cottage cheese,
● 150 grams of flour,
● 200 grams of sugar.


1. Cut the margarine into cubes and melt in the microwave.
2. In a cup, mix cottage cheese, margarine and flour.
3. Knead the dough, it should become soft. Heat the oven to 200 ° C degrees. Covered with a parchment paper.
4. Put the sugar on a flat plate. Cut the dough into pieces. Dip in sugar, fold in half with sugar inside, repeat the procedure three times.
5. Put everything on a baking sheet and send it to the oven for about 20 minutes.
