Cookies with cottage cheese

● Flour — 300g.,
● Milk — 125g.,
● Butter — 50g.,
● Egg — 1 pc.,
● Sugar — 20g.,
● Salt — 2/3 tsp.,
● Yeast — 3g.,
● Cottage cheese — 150g.,
● Raisins — 20g.,
● Powdered sugar — 10g.,
● Egg — 1 pc. for lubrication.


1. Mix sugar with yeast, warm milk and leave for 10 minutes.

2. Add whipped eggs, salt and mix.

3. Add the flour and knead the dough.

4. Pour warm vegetable oil into the dough and mix again for 10-15 minutes until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

5. Lubricate the plate with butter and put the dough. Cover with a food film and let it come up within an hour.

6. Mix cottage cheese with raisins and powdered sugar.

7. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out the circle, divide into 8 parts.

8. On each part, put the cottage cheese and roll, securing the ends.

9. Lubricate the bagels with beaten egg.

10. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 ° C .

11. Finished bagels sprinkled with powdered sugar.
