Cookies that Melt in your Mouth

Recipe of a simple, crumbly cookie that just melts in your mouth. In the morning a cup of coffee with this cookie combines perfectly.


● Butter — 150 grams or 0,33(lb) 5,29(oz),
● Egg yolks — 4 pcs.,
● Sugar powder — 150 grams or 0,33(lb) 5,29(oz),
● Flour — 2 cups.,
● Baking Powder — 1 tsp.,
● Nuts of peanuts.


1. Beat the butter with sugar powder until lightly whitening the butter. Add the egg yolks and beat well.
2. Pour the flour with the baking powder and knead the dough.
3. Put the dough on the food film (or bag). Wrap and form an elongated sausage. Put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
4. Then get the dough out of the freezer and cut into pieces (7 mm thick).
5. In the middle of each put a nut and lightly press down.
6. Grease the baking tray with vegetable oil and lay cookies.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C or 392°F for 12-15 minutes.
8. If desired, grease the biscuits with condensed milk.
