Condensed Milk Sponge Cake

This recipe is for those who are afraid of baking cakes! This recipe will never fail you! Everything is done easily, simply, cheaply and very tasty. The cake has an unusually delicate, porous structure and divine taste.


● 1 can of condensed milk
● 4 eggs
● 120 gr of flour
● 50 g melted butter (cool)
● 1/2 teaspoons of soda
● Sugar powder for sprinkling (optional)


1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Form for baking, diameter 22 cm, we lubricate with oil.

2. Put the ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

3. Pour the mixture into the prepared form and bake 20 minutes until golden brown. We check the readiness with a toothpick.

4. We pull out and cool, without removing it from the mold. Then cut and serve, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
