Cold cucumber soup with mint



● Medium cucumbers 3-4 pieces.
● Grated clove of garlic 1-2 pieces.
● 1 tablespoon lemon juice,
● Chopped mint leaves 1 tbsp.
● Greek yogurt 500 ml.
● Salt


1. Cucumbers wash, peel and grate. Lay on a sieve, put in a bowl and send it in the fridge for a few hours.

2. Chilled cucumber whip in a blender with the lemon juice, mint and garlic.

3. Mix with yogurt, adding cucumber juice, formed during cooling by adjusting the desired density.

4. Add a little more salt if needed. Serve the soup, if desired adding a dish of ice cubes.
