Cold cherry mint tea

At 2 liters:

• 400 grams of frozen or fresh cherries,
• 1 bundle of mint,
• 1.5 tablespoons black tea,
• 4 tablespoons sugar,
• 1.5 liters of boiling water.

Insisting tea: 15 minutes..
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Total cooking time: 20 minutes.


1. Tea and mint put in a fireproof dish. Pour the boiling water and add sugar, mix well.
Cover with a saucer and leave to infuse for 15 minutes.

2. Cherry put in a 2 liter jug. Tea and mint infusion strain through a sieve into a jug to the cherries.
