Coffee Mousse with Sour Cream

Coffee mousse with sour cream — Recipe for coffee lovers. A rich and tender coffee mousse is a real treat!


● Sour cream 300 ml.,
● Quickly soluble gelatin — 2 tsp.,
● Water — 50 ml.,
● Strong coffee — 60 ml.,
● Sugar powder — 100 grams,
● Chocolate flakes — 2 tbsp.,
● Chocolate and wafer tubes — for decoration (optional).


1. Gelatine dilute with cold water and leave for 30 minutes (when preparing gelatin, refer to the instructions on the package). Then put a cup of gelatin in hot water and stir until all the gelatin is dissolve. Cool it down.
2. Strong coffee boil in advance, cool and strain. Combine coffee and dissolved gelatin, mix until homogeneous.
3. Pour the powdered sugar into the sour cream and beat it. Continue to beat, in small portions pour in coffee with gelatin. Add chocolate flakes, stir.
4. Pour the dessert over glasses. Put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
5. Ready to decorate the dessert to your liking.
