Useful winter dessert Clafoutis with bananas, dates, almonds and vanilla without adding sugar.

Ingredients:

● Cream — 1/2 cup,
● Eggs — 2 pcs.,
● Vanilla pod seeds — 1/2 tsp.,
● Ground almonds — 1/4 cup.,
● Fresh dates, chopped — 4 pcs.,
● Large ripe banana — 1 piece.

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 180 C.

2. Whip the cream, eggs and vanilla. Add almonds.

3. Divide the sliced dates and bananas between the two heat-resistant molds with capacity of 1 1/4 cups. Pour batter.

4. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Dessert should thicken and browned.

5. Serve warm Clafoutis or at room temperature.
