Christmas sweets.


Sweets with cherry plum and cocoa.


● Prunes — 300g.,
● Dark raisins — 150g.,
● Walnuts — 300g.,
● Cocoa — 2 tablespoons,
● Honey — 1 tablespoons,
● Cocktail cherries.


1. Raisins soak in a rum (any alcohol, juice or water) for 2-3 hours. Prunes rinse with warm water, pat dry. Nuts fry in a dry frying pan.

2. Maraschino cherry rinse under cold water, pat dry. Nuts and dried fruits grind in a blender. Add honey and cocoa, mix. Form balls from the mass, putting into a maraschino cherry.

3. Roll in cocoa, cool.
