Christmas cake with a matcha tea.


Prepare a festive cake for Christmas with the addition of Japanese green tea Matcha.


● Eggs — 2 pcs.,
● Sugar — 125g.,
● Flour — 125g.,
● Tea match — 1 tsp.,
● Cream 35% — 100ml.,
● Protein glaze and figures from the mastic for decoration.


1. Beat eggs with sugar in a lush white mass (6-8 minutes).

2. Add the flour teaspoon of tea and sift into the egg mixture. Stir gently until smooth.

3. Pour in the cream, mix gently and pour the batter into the pan 25 x 9 cm, greased and floured.

4. Bake at 180 C for 40 minutes. Willingness to check toothpick.

6. Cool the cake. At the request of its protein coat glaze and garnish with mistletoe mastic or marzipan.

Tip: If you want to make the color more saturated the cake, add together to match the green food coloring.
