Chop in dough with cheese and spinach

This dish may well become a full-fledged lunch or dinner. It does not even need a side dish.


● Pork tenderloin 500g.,
● Boiling water 300 ml.,
● Flour 300g.,
● Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. + For frying
● Spinach 200g
● Hard cheese 150g
● Egg 1 piece.
● Sour cream 1 tbsp.
● Mustard 1 tsp
● Salt, pepper to taste


1. Prepare the dough. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in water, bring to a boil. 300g of flour is placed in a deep bowl, pour boiling water into it, mix well with a spoon, and then gently knead the cooled dough with your hands.

2. For the filling, we defrost the spinach, rub the cheese on a fine grater. Mix spinach, cheese, egg, sour cream and mustard.

3. Pork cut into thin, not too large pieces. We beat off well. Solim, pepper to taste.

4. Divide the dough into 8 pieces, each very finely roll out.

5. For the dough, spread the chop, cover with the second layer of dough and cut off the excess, and then press the edges with a fork.

6. Fry the chops in the dough over low heat until golden brown on both sides. We serve the dish hot.
