Chocolate truffles at home



● 200 grams of dark chocolate (the higher quality chocolate — the delicious truffle),
● 30-40 grams of butter,
● 1-2 tablespoons brandy,
● Cocoa powder.


Hands break the chocolate into small pieces. Put it in a small bowl or pot.
Add the butter to the chocolate and melt in a water bath or a small fire.
Add to the mixture of cognac and bring almost to a boil, but do not boil !!
Let the mixture cool slightly, then cover it with cling film and send it in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
When the chocolate has cooled, blind from his candy in the form of beads. They do not necessarily have to be the correct form, so do not worry for that.
Now, roll the balls in the cocoa and then send in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Then again, roll the candy in cocoa and you’re done!
It is ideal for candy brandy. But just tea is also delicious on the lips long aftertaste of chocolate.
