Chocolate mousse with strawberries and mint

Light, delicious summer strawberry dessert with mint and chocolate.


● Cream for whipping — 300 ml.,
● Chocolate — 120g.,
● Liqueur Amaretto or cognac — 2 tsp.,
● Strawberry — 200g.,
● Mint for decoration.


Whip the cream. Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt on a water bath or in a microwave. Add the melted Amaretto liquor to the melted chocolate.

Gently stirring, add cream to the chocolate mass. Put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. At the bottom of the kremanki, put the cut strawberries on top, put mousse on top. Decorate the dessert with fresh strawberries and mint leaves.
