Chocolate cottage cheese muffins

Cupcakes are always excellent, especially fresh, right from the oven. They are prepared easily and quickly. These cupcakes with a filling are a real surprise for your guests.

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Servings: 12 pcs.


For the Filling:

● 250g. of soft cottage cheese,
● 5 tbsp. sugar,
● 1 packet of vanilla sugar.

For the Dough:

● 200g. of flour,
● 2 tsp. Baking powder,
● 3 tbsp. Cocoa powder,
● 1 egg,
● 180g. sugar,
● 100 ml. of vegetable oil odorless,
● 300 ml. of natural yogurt.


1. Heat the oven to 180 ° C.
2. Shape the oil.
3. Cottage cheese whipped with sugar and vanilla sugar.
4. Mix the sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa.
5. Whip egg with sugar, vegetable oil, yoghurt.
6. Add flour mix, mix well.
7. Divide the dough in half.
8. One part to spread out in molds, then put on the dough for about 2 tsp. fill and cover with the remaining dough.
9. Bake for 20 minutes.
