Chocolate coconut roll «Bounty»



● 200gr. cookies,
● 100ml. water,
● 20-100gr. sugar (depending on the biscuit),
● 2 tbsp. cocoa,
● 80gr. coconut flakes,
● 80gr. softened butter,
● 60gr. icing sugar.


Cookies grind into crumbs, mix with cocoa. In hot water to dissolve the sugar and cool.
As a little add water to the cookies and mix until a viscous paste.
Coconut shavings mixed with butter and icing sugar.
The mass of the pastry roll on the plastic wrap in a rectangular not too thick layer, on top of a coconut to distribute mass roll to roll and put into the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
Frozen roll cut with a sharp knife.
