Chocolate Cheesecake

Indulge yourself with delicious chocolate cheesecake for any holiday! The preparation is very simple.


For the basis:

• Chocolate sugar cookies 150g.,
• Melted butter 75g.
• Cream cheese 650g.,
• Melted black chocolate 150g.,
• Sugar 150g.,
• Eggs 2 pcs.,
• Cornstarch 1 tsp full,
• Dark cocoa powder 1 tbsp.

For glaze:

• Dark chocolate 100g.,
• Cream 75-100 ml.


1. Detachable form with a diameter of 20 cm cover with parchment paper.

2. Fold the cookies in a bag and crumble with a rolling pin. Add the melted butter and mix. Strain the mixture on the bottom of the mold. Put the form in a preheated oven for 180 minutes for 10 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 160 degrees.

3. Mix the creamer cheese and sugar with a mixer, add the remaining ingredients and beat again. Pour the mixture on the base and send it to the oven for an hour. The filling of the finished cheesecake should gently shake. Cool the cheesecake first at room temperature, then send to the refrigerator for the night.

4. Prepare the glaze. Melt the pieces of chocolate along with the cream. Stir to obtain a smooth, homogeneous mass. Cool it down. Pour over the glaze.
