Chocolate cake without baking



● 250g shortbread,
● 0.5 cup of boiled unsalted peanuts,
● 0.5 cup of finely chopped raisins,
● 0.25 cups of cocoa powder,
● 100g butter,
● 180g dark chocolate,
● 395g of condensed milk.

Ingredients for the cream:

● 120g dark chocolate,
● 50g butter.


Square-shaped depth of 6 cm and a width of 19 cm to lay a baking paper (so that its edges extend beyond the shape) and grease with butter. Cookies crumble, mix with peanuts, raisins and chocolate. Melt butter and chocolate in a water bath, add the condensed milk and mix until smooth. Mix the resulting cream with cookies, peanuts, raisins and chocolate. Pour the mixture into a mold and put for two hours in the refrigerator.

Make chocolate cream. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath and pour the cream cake. Let it brew for 2-3 hours. Ready cake cut into square pieces and sprinkle with cocoa.
