● Vanillin.

Ingredients for the cream:

● 100 grams of butter,
● 100 grams of condensed milk,
● 50 gram chocolate.

Ingredients for syrup:
Black coffee, sugar and brandy to taste.

Chocolate cakes are always prepared on the basis of black chocolate. Never use a milk chocolate version or with fillers.

To prepare the dough eggs whipped with sugar to form a strong foam. In a separate vessel mix cream, cocoa, chocolate and condensed milk. This mass interferes with the egg-sugar. This should be done carefully with silicone blade. In this case the proteins settle and the dough oxygenate. Flour and vanilla are sifted through a sieve and pour into a dough with baking powder (in cakes never add soda slaked with vinegar).
