Chicken soup with eggplants and mushrooms.


Step by step recipe for a simple and delicious autumn soup with chicken broth with mushrooms and eggplants.


● 1 chicken leg,
● 1 onion,
● 1 carrot,
● 350 grams of fresh mushrooms,
● 2-3 potatoes,
● 1 small eggplant,
● Salt pepper,
● Vegetable oil,
● 1 bunch of dill and parsley.


1. Cook the broth from the chicken.
2. Shredded carrot and onion fry in vegetable oil and add to the broth.
3. Peeled potatoes cut into cubes and add to the broth.
4. Separately, fry the sliced mushrooms and eggplants, add them to the soup.
5. Season to taste, add the greens.
