Chicken Shish Kebab in the Oven

Try to cook delicious chicken shish kebab in the oven!


● Chicken fillet — 2 pieces,
● Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp.,
● Garlic — 2 cloves,
● Sugar — 1 tbsp.,
● Coriander — 1 tbsp. (dry or fresh),
● Soy sauce — 1 tbsp.,
● Chili pepper, salt — to taste.


1. Soak the skewers in water for about 30 minutes. Chicken fillet cut into cubes.
2. Then chicken fillet string on skewers. And we put it into the marinade, which is prepared from: vegetable oil, sugar, coriander, soy sauce, squeezed garlic, salt and pepper.
3. Cover it all with a film and put the marinade in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
4. After the meat is marinated, we heat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the shish kebab in a convenient form for baking and cook for about 20 minutes.
5. The shish kebab should turn out to be a beautiful golden color. Do not forget to turn the skewers once.
