Chicken salad with vegetables, raisins and pineapple


The recipe for a tasty salad with chicken and vegetables with mustard sauce. It’s bright, beautiful, juicy and healthy. And in cooking is very simple and fast. Taste the salad perfectly sets off the pineapple and raisins, and if more and soaked in rum, then all is fine.

Preparation time: 15 minutes

● 2 chicken breast (boiled, fried or smoked — you can use any),
● 8 leaves of lettuce or iceberg lettuce,
● 12 canned corn cobs young plus grains, a few tablespoons,
● 1 sweet red pepper,
● 1 fresh pineapple or canned bank,
● 3 tbsp. raisins (if desired, soaked in rum),

For the sauce:

● 2 tbsp. lemon juice,
● 6 tablespoons sunflower oil,
● 2 tsp mustard (Dijon),
● Salt, pepper, sesame seeds to taste.


Salad tear hands, chicken breast cut into thin slices, sweet pepper cut into small squares. All the mix. For the sauce, mix all ingredients and pour on top of the salad.
